Product Information

Where are your products made?

All products are made in the UK.

Are your ingredients vegan?

Yes! Every Full Circle ingredient is vegan and cruelty-free.

Are your ingredients organic?

Full Circle ingredients are not certified organic. Most of our ingredients are certified COSMOS Natural.

How do I order a larger pack size? (>1kg)

If you’d like to purchase 1kg or more of a specific ingredient, please send an email to orders@upcycledbeauty.com. Please ensure that you state your contact name, company name and nature of enquiry.

How do I access sales & technical documentation?

To access technical documentation such as Material Safety Data Sheets and sales sheets, you will need to login or apply for an account here.


If you have already made a purchase through the Full Circle Shop, you don’t need to apply for an account; following your purchase, you will be able to access the Product Documentation page.


Certificate of Analysis documents will be issued to you via email as soon as your order has been marked as fulfilled. If you have any queries relating to documentation, please email us at orders@upcycledbeauty.com.

Orders and Returns

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Yes. You will be asked to create an account during Checkout for two reasons:


1) So that you can easily access your Order History and;

2) So that you can gain access to technical documentation.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Most orders outside of the UK are sent via Royal Mail's International Tracked service. You can view the tracking details of your order from your Order Confirmation page. A link to the Order Confirmation page will be included in your confirmation email and can also be accessed from your Order History within My Account.

When will I receive my order?

For UK orders, please allow up to 5 working days (handling and shipping).


For orders outside of the UK, please allow between 5 and 7 working days (handling and shipping).

Shipping Information

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and all countries within the EU.

What are your shipping rates?

During Checkout, you will be asked to provide your billing and shipping details. A flat rate will be automatically applied, based on your location and order details.


Shipping Rates – UK only


Royal Mail 1st Class Standard (on all orders up to 1kg)

1 – 2 working days (following despatch)

Flat rate of £3.50 


Royal Mail 1st Class Standard (on all orders between 1 - 2kg)

1 – 2 working days (following despatch)

Flat rate of £5.50 














Shipping Rates – All other EU countries 

Orders to all other EU countries are sent via Royal Mail’s International Tracked service. This is a fully tracked service with a signature on delivery, with a delivery aim of 3 – 5 days (following date of despatch).


Delivery rates vary from £10.50 to £14.95, depending on the contents of your order. These rates are calculated during Checkout.

How is VAT handled?

UK VAT will be charged on orders delivered to countries in the United Kingdom, with the exception of the Channel Islands. 


Local VAT applies to orders shipped to other destinations within the EU.


VAT will be applied at Checkout.
