Refund policy

FAULTY / DAMAGED GOODS

We aim to offer 100% satisfaction and hope that you are delighted with your order.

In the rare instance that your goods are faulty or damaged, we will be happy to arrange a replacement. Please carefully check your goods and notify us of any damages or problems within 7 days of receiving your order. You can notify us by emailing orders@upcycledbeauty.com. Please also supply us with photo evidence of any damages/faults where applicable.

Once we have accepted your request to exchange a faulty or damaged item, we will arrange to send out a replacement.

We regret that products cannot be exchanged unless deemed faulty.

CANCELLATIONS

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days from receipt. Please send us a notice of cancellation by email first before returning the items to us in their original, unopened, and unused condition, with the tamper seal in-tact. Please send any returned goods backed to us using a tracked delivery service.

Please note that any postage costs incurred for returning items to us will not be covered by Upcycled Beauty Ltd. Once we have received the returned goods, we will contact you regarding your refund.

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on NECTA® oils.
